Michael Dietl

Michael has been a member of GAMRU and CCGA since 1995. He held a number of positions with GAMRU and the CCGA, including Coxswain, Instructor, and SARex Evaluator.

He competed in, and won, the District Games and Central and Arctic Games. As well, he attended the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia as one of six Canadian Teams and six American Teams for a competition in Search And Rescue planning that added another win to his portfolio.

Michael would say his accomplishments did not define his experience with the CCGA, instead it was the honour of working with some of the most caring and conscientious people he has ever known.
