The CCGA C&A By-Law Working Group was made up of CCGA C&A Members voted in by each District. With each District being represented, it was felt the membership would feel they have a voice in the organization.

Around the same time this committee was formed, lndustry Canada changed the Federal Not-For-Profit Act. With this happening the By-Law Working Group took on the task of re writing the CCGA C&A by Laws to fall in line with the new Act.

The Committee members met in Toronto on several occasions. Groups were formed and hours spent on email and by phone working to reach a final document that would be accepted by not only the CCGA C&A Membership but lndustry Canada. With the By-Laws being changed the Regulations had to fall into place which this committee worked on and completed.

This By-Law Working Group was the members working for the members to make sure the organization makes a smooth transition into the future and have the tools to work with.
