If, before or after an on-water training exercise, some amount of time was spend doing something other then on-water training or class training then the Other Time selections can be used to capture this time.

Typically this will be maintenance of the asset (re-fueling etc...) but may also be administration, preparation, or something else. The Type selection provides a way to delineate what type of other time was spent.
