The training report collects all data regarding on-water training conducted by a SRU. Please fill out the form as accurately as possible.

Once the form as been completed it is submitted and then proceeds through an authorization process. Once submitted only administrators can edit the form unless it is rejected during the authorization process. Therefore, please ensure all information on the form is complete and accurate before checking off the mark complete box.
