Achievements are a method that allows personnel to track training and certifications that may be related by are not officially a component of the the regime of training in the organization. These can also include participation in special events and competitions and/or awards and certificates of merit, commendations etc.

For example if someone holds their pilot´s license or won or participated in a SAR competition. This could be included as achievements. The administrator must created the achievement types before personnel can add them to their log though. This ensures that there is an element of control over what types are included and ensures that completely unrelated achievements are not added to the system.
