When signing off training items for a person this date specifies when the person actually completed the item(s) in question.

You may be signing off items completed last month - this is the date that will be recorded in the persons log as when they actually completed the item(s).

This date defaults to todays date but can (and should) be changed to indicate the date when the item(s) were completed. It is therefore important that if several items were completed on different dates - only those completed on the same date be signed off in the same transaction.

Keep The Data as Accurate as Possible
