Several reports in the system include contact details for Units and Assets. In general when contact information is provided for a unit it will also be included as the contact information for all assets associated with that unit.

If a particular asset has specific contact information that is different then that for the unit it should be reported here and any information provided will override that provided for the unit.

The contact information from the Unit record that will be overridden is displayed below the name and phone number fields for reference.

Only One Phone Number Per Field is permitted
The only acceptable characters are numbers - and x (to indicate an extension) non-compliant characters will be automatically removed by the system.
