These options control what information is included in the request forms of this type.

Date/Time Range
Set to yes to include date and time associated with the requests. All requests are date-stamped - this is used when the requests pertains to something that is to occur on a particular date. For example a supplies requisition probably wouldn´t have an associated date whereas a meeting room request would.

Personnel
Should a list of personnel be included.

Assets
Should a selection for assets used be included.

Multiple Units
Should multiple units be selected for the request or it is related only to a single unit.

Expense Budget
Should an estimation form for expenses (travel etc) be included.

Images
Should the ability to upload image attachments be included with this type of request.
