Images (typically scanned images of receipts) can be included along with the requested data for a claim form. There is no limit to the number of images that may be included.

Images must be supplied in GIF, JPG, or PNG format and the total size of the upload must not exceed 5Mb (on most servers)

By default the form includes space for up to 3 images. If more then three images are required additional space will be provided once the form has been updated (simply edit the claim to add more images)
