Use these file fields to attach photos of the incident. Images must be stored on your local computer. Select the file by clicking the browse button and the system will upload them and save them with the incident report when it is submitted.

There is no limit to the number of images that may be submitted. Three fields are displayed by default, If all three are used, update the report and more blank fields will appear (much the same as with the Events area)
