not all request types will require expence estimates

The expences section covers all expected expences associated with the request. The estimate should include expences for all members attending. The total will be computed automatically.

Some Notes:

Mileage Ensure this is in Km and totalled for all members.

Accommodations Ensure all members are included in this estimate eg: 5 people attending for 2 nights (but 2 of the people will share a room) = 4 rooms for 2 nights

Meals Total number of meals required - eg 3 people for 2 full days = 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches, & 6 dinners

Other Expences Use this section to include expected costs that are not included elsewlere. This could be things like parking fees, admittence, presentor´s fees, materials, etc...
