Use the Vessel drop-downs to select the vessel(s) involved in this activity. If you are a member of a specific unit that unit´s vessel will automatically be selected when the form is first created.

Some Requests
Depending on the request type some activities may involve up to 4 different vessels and can be submitted on a single form. If more then one unit is participating, The units should be selected first then the form should be updated so that vessel selection is possible from all units.
