Duration "time off" measured in hours is to be subtracted from the compensation time of the incident being recorded if the resource was diverted from the case during its transit time for a period of time. (i.e. to respond to another SAR case)

e.g. Incident aground, and the resource returns to base while waiting tide, total transit time from incident to base and back to incident. This is NOT the amount of time the resource spent in transit to the incident being recorded.
