This field incldes a selection between:

• On-Scene - the time when the SRU actually arrives on-scene (at LKP/CSP etc...)
• Stood Down - if the tasking was canceled before the unit arrived on-scene

In either case enter the time that the SRU arrives on-scene or was stood down as the case may be. If the SRU was stood down then the Operation Ended time will likely be the same as this.
