The course report is used to report on time spent training for a standard collection of classroom, practical, simulation, and/or self-study components.

In many cases the course report can be thought of as a shortcut for a combination of several other reports in the system including: Training, Classroom, Activity, and Cert reports.

Depending on the definition of the course type a single course will credit all participants and instructors with time for the various aspects of the course. If the course included a certification, all participants that pass the course will receive that certification automatically when the course report is closed.
