This selection allows the assignment of by whom this item can be signed-off:

If Any is selected then any member permitted to sign-off items (as defined in their personnel profile) will be able to signoff the item for other members.



If an existing training level is selected from the list then only personnel that have attained that level will be permitted to sign off this item.

If *Security Based* is selected then the user must have the special signoff security option set in their security profile in order to signoff this item. This setting is generally used at higher training levels in order to provide a high-level administrative control that governs evaluators within the organization.
