The property defines at which level Person, Unit, or Overall should be tracked when calculating if the milestone has been achieved.

For example
Training Hours is selected as the object
Unit is selected as the property
2000 is set in the Amount

The milestone will be attained when the total training hours for unit as a whole reaches 2000 or more.
