This section lists all existing certs already defined in the system. Any certs that are related to this one in such a way that they are Equal or Better should be selected.

This relationship is used by the system when it looks at a persons training and certifications to determine if they are missing any certifications. They may possess a certification that exceeds the requirements - or at least is equal.

Because of this arrangement it is recommended that when entering a group of related certifications one should start with the most basic and work up to the top-level certs last so that lower level certs will already be available in this list.

Administrators should also remember to go back and ensure all appropriate relationships have been created when adding a new cert later on.
