specified a minimum time to be used for incident reimbursement calculations. This relates to the "Underway" or Time-Departed until Time-Returned-To-Base excluding any off-time.

For example:
If a crew is actually away for 45mins and the minimum is set to 1h then the reimbursement calculation will base the calculation on 1 hour for reimbursement.

If they were away for more then 1h then the actual time would be used.
