The SAR activity report is a generic form that can be used for all manner of activities not already covered by the other reports. Site administrators create Activity Types that deturmine what information the report must contain. These reports are then run through the as authorization process as with other system forms. The specific steps necessary being defined by the Administrator when the Activity type is created.
