The classroom session report form provides a means of tracking time spent training off the water. It is very similar to on-water training but no vessel or conditions are included.

Data captured from this form also appears in personell logs and in various training reports.

Once the form as been completed it is submitted and then proceeds through an authorization process. Once submitted only administrators can edit the form unless it is rejected during the authorization process. Therefore, please ensure all information on the form is complete and accurate before checking off the mark complete box.
