Each member of a unit must be created in the system. Once created, the system can start tracking that member´s time, create a log, and record their participation events, training, and missions.

View the topics above regarding each of the fields on the form for help with specific information.

The SAR Person form allows the basic information about a person to be retained in the system. More importantly, it provides unit leaders/managers a way to assign access to certain functions within the unit.

Pay special attention to the Person -> UserID Relationship as this must be set correctly for a user to access their own log and records.
