The SAR Authorization form allows users with authorization access to authorize requests and/or reports via the SAR Authorization system.

Authorizations are stored both in the form´s history (which acts like an audit trail) and the form´s authorization record. Should the request or form be rejected the authorization record is deleted and the report/request is sent back to it´s creator for update - the history is not deleted.
